Email info@hyda.studio with CarrySafe in the subject for help with incorrect legal information, account access, privacy, or purchases. Email is not an emergency service. Never send a password, verification code, private permit file, or full payment-card number.
Subscriptions and billing
CarrySafePlus and CarrySafePro can be offered as individual or Duo monthly or yearly subscriptions. CarrySafePro route planning remains available with Pro. There is no microphone or audio collection in this release. The app does not request microphone access, record a voice turn, or transmit audio. Only products, eligibility, durations, and localized prices shown in Apple's purchase sheet are available. Manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore an eligible purchase from the plans screen while signed into the CarrySafe account that owns it.
Trials and Duo
New accounts currently receive one seven-day CarrySafePro account trial that does not charge or auto-renew. A Duo owner can invite one adult to a separate private account with a single-use invitation that expires after seven days. The accounts never share permits, location, or activity. A previously granted fixed-term entitlement can remain visible only as passive account status until its recorded end date.
Account email has not arrived
Request one new confirmation or password-reset message, allow a few minutes, and check junk or spam for the newest message. Repeated requests can trigger a temporary delivery limit. If it still does not arrive, email us from the address you are trying to use and include the approximate request time.
Alerts are not arriving
Open CarrySafe and confirm you are signed into the intended account, Carry Mode is active and not snoozed, proximity alerts are enabled, the in-app test notification succeeds, Notifications are allowed, and Precise Location is on. Foreground nearby and state-boundary warnings require CarrySafe to remain open. For the optional supported background feature, also enable Background nearby warnings, grant Always Location, and allow Background App Refresh. Eligible regions can include reviewed warnings and separately labeled mapped-place advisories whose legal status is not reviewed. Focus, Low Power Mode, force quit, reboot, permission changes, or other iOS conditions can suppress or delay delivery. No alert is a legal clearance.
Account deletion
Delete CarrySafe data from Profile, Account, Delete account. Cancel Apple billing separately first if you do not want it to renew. Personal CarrySafe rows and private permit files are removed. Public business or legal content can remain without your attribution, and a shared Hoydia sign-in identity can remain if another Hoydia product still uses it. If the app says Apple sign-in access needs a final manual step, follow the displayed Apple instructions. If you cannot reach the app, email us from the account address.
Wrong or missing legal information
Tell us the place, state, official source, and what you believe is wrong. Reports enter a human legal-review queue. A reviewer checks official evidence before a legal classification changes. Until then, the affected material remains unchanged or Not reviewed.
